ABOUT The Founder

Beverly “Bev” Munguia is a website designer and brand consultant focusing on giving entrepreneurs the level of professional web services that can be expected from a bigger firm. “In my journey of self discovery I have come upon some of the greatest souls trying to spread a message of hope, health, wellness and changing the world for the better. They were not easy to find, and that’s a damn shame, but a common problem.

“ Independent entrepreneurs don’t exactly get venture funding or a marketing team. I knew This is where I could be of service ”

How did I get into the world of sales & marketing?

I started out doing demos for Pepsi. My first gig was a back-to-school event in at the local mall where I gave out samples of Sierra Mist (Back when Sierra Mist was a brand new thing) I liked the gig work and started looking for other brands to represent and promote. I became a brand ambassador. I did marketing, demos and promotions for all sorts of crazy brands: Perk-e-Pet (I sold bird feeders!) Lieutenant Blender’s Cocktail in a Bag (They were like giant slushy capri suns with booze) Liquid Vitamins, Gummy vitamins, healthy energy drinks; I was even a brand ambassador for Method cleaning products! I just loved the brand so much I would promote them and they would send me free stuff! It was pre- instagram affiliate marketing.

With each new brand I worked for, there would be extensive literature and training material that they would send. I started to learn the behind the scenes of advertising, branding and the “why” of every aspect of the brands. I started seeing the patterns and what methods they used. I didn’t know it at the time but I was learning Market strategy and Branding. By the time social media and online marketing became the norm I was fully vetted in branding strategy and I could spot which businesses were using it right. I used my knowledge to vet potential employers. By then I was an interior designer and wanted to work for a company that could give me job security, benefits and be a reputable place to work. I also wanted to work for a brand I could stand behind, like I always had. I found one and I worked for them for years. Bassett Furniture- a 100+ year old furniture company. I worked for them for 3 years soaking up everything around their messaging, their branding, their strategies, their market launches. Between Pepsi & Bassett I worked for an Independent Interior designer. I managed his show room and helped re-design his logo and website and would take care of all aspects of the business. I also worked for an independently owned flower shop and learned THAT way of doing business. I worked road shows and home shows and even did demos at the fair and Costco! One way or another, marketing and brand representation always became part of my job and I soaked it up.

Through the years I realized that what I had been learning at every turn in my career was the ins and outs of a brand from presentation to operation. It is how I am able to provide insight and guidance for my clients in graphic & web design. My industry knowledge allows me the ability to provide a bespoke service and taylor deliverables to their needs.

I want coaches , healers & conscious ENTREPRENEURS reaching a wider audience and standing out amongst the static of meaningless chatter all over media.

My mission is to help conscious entrepreneurs spread their message and have the media presence they deserve. I want to make the world better one great brand at a time.

3 Things I learned along the way:

  1. Every business is a brand. No way around that, You can either control the brand message and show/tell people who you are or people will make all sorts of assumptions about you and create your identity for you.

  2. Everything your business does is advertising and everything that represents your business is part of your brand.

  3. A brand is a message. The clearer the message the better the brand performs—>The better the brand performs—> the better the monetary results will be.
